Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Owyhee, Nevada. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; for the renovation of a medical facility; and water / sewer project.
The Work includes the removal and replacement of a sanitary sewer lift station, one sanitary manhole, approximately 170 LF of gravity sanitary sewer, approximately 60 LF of sanitary sewer force main, and other incidentals as necessary to complete the project. Details of the construction are included in the Drawings and Project Manual. The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Est. Value Notes:Project estimate: $450k to $525k. The bid security must be in a sum equal to five percent of the full amount of the bid and must be in the form of a bidder's bond. The Owner reserves the right to hold all Bids for 60 days, to reject any or all Bids, to waive any informality or irregularity in any Bid, to accept the Bid deemed in the best interest of the Owner, and to rebid the project until a satisfactory bid is received.
