Site work for a mixed-use development in Owyhee, Nevada. Working plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and transportation facility.
**As of May 05, 2025,no bids were received. No definite date for the rebid.** The project consists of the construction of a new wash rack and water collection infrastructure. Work tasks for this project include, but are not limited to, excavation, subgrade preparation, base material placement, concrete placement, and installation of storm drain structures and piping. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check, cash, cashier's check, or bid bond in an amount not less than 5% of the total bid. The Shoshone-Paiute Tribes of the Duck Valley Indian Reservation reserve the right to reject any and all proposals, waive any informalities, or irregularities, postpone the award of the Contract for a period not to exceed One Hundred Twenty (120) days, and accept the proposal that is in the best interest of the Shoshone-Paiute Tribes. 3-32-0028-018-2024 Rreceive addenda and have their bids be considered responsive.
