Renovation and addition to a clubhouse / community center in Ashland, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the addition of a clubhouse / community center; and for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.
Site Directions: 65128 Old Odanah Road Town of Sanborn, WI 54806 Est. Completion Date: Jan. 15, 2024 Project consists of a 1,529SF one story addition to an existing building and a limited scope renovation to the existing building. The wood framed building addition consists of frost depth concrete block foundation, fiber substrate siding, and asphalt shingles over pre-engineered wood trusses. A new mound system, well, and access drive will be not-in-contract. The building is a recovery center and will remain operational during construction. Construction Contract: Bids will be received for the following Work: 1. General Contract: General Contract (all trades) shall be to furnish all material, labor, equipment and services, including all scheduled allowances, necessary to complete the construction of this project, according to the requirements of the Procurement and Contracting Documents.
