Replace ballasted membrane roofing with EPDM roofing. Replace existing metal roofing with standing seam metal roofing. Replace metal wall siding. Lump-sum Bids will be received on a SINGLE PRIME CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT FOR THE ENTIRE WORK. Bid Security in the amount of ten percent of the maximum amount of the Bid must accompany each Bid as described in the Project Manual, Instructions to Bidders.
