Site work for a water / sewer project in Ashland, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Complete installation and construction of Private Onsite Wastewater Treatment Systems (POWTS) and community water and sewer service lines and connections to individual Indian homes within Ashland and Iron counties Wisconsin. Homes to be served are to be determined by Band and IHS. Site Directions: Various individual home sites to be determined. Homes are located in Ashland and Iron counties Wisconsin Davis-Bacon Wage Rates are required for this project. Contractor shall provide payroll information, as necessary, to the Band for verification of compliance with Davis-Bacon requirements. Construction of one (1) private on-site wastewater treatment system (POWTS) Installation of one (1) community water and sewer service connection. The Project has an expected substantial completion date of November 30, 2023 and a final completion date of December 31, 2023.
