Renovation of an educational facility in Ashland, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
As of June 21st 2022, this project has not yet been awarded. Additional details on the award will be made available following the June 20th, 2022 Board meeting. In general, the Project consists of: Sign design, construction and installation. Project work also includes civil work associated with the sign installation and electrical distribution for lighting and appurtenances. Lump-sum Bids Will Be Received on a Single Prime Construction Contract for the Entire Work. HSR Associates will make AutoCAD files available to the Contractor following award of contract. Bid Security in the amount of ten percent of the maximum amount of the Bid must accompany each Bid as described in the Project Manual, Instructions to Bidders. There will be no pre-bid meeting conducted by the Owner. Potential bidders may contact Kevin Rowe at kevin.rowe@northwoodtech.edu for access to the site to make observations. The Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject any or all Bids. Bids may only be withdrawn in accordance with the Project Manual, Instructions to Bidder
