This is a partially funded Wisconsin DOT LRIP project. All contracting procedures, work, and materials supplied under this proposal shall conform to current specifications for Highway and Structure Construction. This project shall be completed so as not to conflict with the local ABC Raceway season as stipulated in the Bid Document. The Town Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids and accept the bid most advantageous to the Town.
