Scope of Work: new community park including picnic areas, walking trails, restrooms, an outdoor pavilion, playground, parking, and provisions for a future splash pad. Square Footage: 202,118 ft 2 -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- A. The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and includes, but is not limited to, the following 1. A new community park which will include a new off-street parking lot, an outdoor pavilion with restroom facilities, storage and mechanical spaces, a covered bar b que area, playground with playground equipment, walking trails, a multi-use outdoor sports court, outdoor picnic areas, decorative and perimeter fencing, sidewalks, curbs and signage, landscaping and irrigation, site utilities and lighting and a connecting pathway to nearby McMullen County Veterans Memorial site. A. Contractor shall coordinate all activities with the General Contractor. B. Contractor shall adhere to all applicable Federal, State, and Local regulations. C. Contractor shall coordinate all equipment and material storage, and vehicle parking with the General Contractor. D. Contractor shall maintain a neat, orderly, and professional project site at all times. Daily clean-up of the roof and grounds is required. E. Contractor shall furnish and install, via mechanical attachment, two layers of DURO-GUARD II Polyiso rigid insulation roof board to achieve an R-25. F. Contractor shall furnish and install, via mechanical attachment, 1/4 per foot Tapered, DUROGUARD II Polyiso rigid insulation roof board as indicated on roof drawings. G. Contractor shall furnish and install, via mechanical attachment, a White, Duro-Last 50 mil singleply membrane roofing system that is fabricated of a weft inserted, low-shrink, anti-wicking polyester fabric and has a thermoplastic coating of PVC material laminated to both sides as manufactured by Duro-Last Roofing, Inc. to attain 15-year NDL warranty. The deadline to ask questions is 6/09/2023 12:00 AM CST ) At 2:00 pm or shortly thereafter on June 22, 2023, the sealed proposals for the Project shall be opened, read aloud, tabulated with bid results presented at the public meeting of Commissioners Court 10 am on July 10, 2023. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
