CONTRACT #3 - Water Storage Tank: Lump sum contract to construct the Water Storage Tank measuring 39 feet in diameter by 56 feet in height to the overflow with a nominal volume of 503,000 gallons. Contract shall include telemetry service drop pole, sitework, fencing, sediment control, access roads with drainage provisions and other incidental work required for a complete operating water storage tank. A five percent (%5) Bid Bond or certified cashier's check must accompany all bids. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. No Bidder may withdraw his bid within 90 days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
