DFCM PROJECT NO. 23178370 Phase 3 Construction, Project Description Scope of work includes construction of a new restroom building on the arena site (Northwest) and modifications to the restrooms and kitchenette in the hospitality building. All with intent to add more usable toilet fixtures for VIP attendees. Trades include selective demolition, site utilities and connections, grading/excavation, gravel, concrete footings, foundations and flatwork (vapor barrier), chain-link fencing, masonry, rebar, steel joist and deck, Insulation and damp proofing, caulking, standing seam metal roof, parapet cap, gutter and downspout, Doors, frames and hardware, Framing and drywall, paint, wall tile, floor tile, modifications to existing ceiling grid and tiles, sealed concrete, resilient base, etc., Relocate existing cabinets, counters and backsplash. Modify counter for new sink size. Specialties and accessories such as: grab bars, wall mounted broom rack, mirrors, soap dispenser, paper towel dispenser, toilet tissue dispenser, etc; Restroom signage; Plumbing, HVAC, Power and Lighting. Cost Estimate/Budget: for this scope of work is approximately $700,000.00. Project Address: Approx. 200 N 1000 W, Salt Lake City, UT The Contract Company, hereinafter referred to as Subcontractor, has herein entered into a contract with the Prime Contractor, hereinafter referred to as Contractor, to furnish and pay for all labor, materials, supervision, tools, implements and equipment, permits, fees, taxes including any applicable sales taxes, etc. to perform all work described in the Contract according to the Attachments referenced herein. Subcontractor must also provide all necessary safety equipment for their personnel, all insurances, both as specified herein and statutory, mobilization and demobilization costs, and project specific general conditions, shop drawings illustrating their intended work, and product submittals (including LEED submittals where specified). Subcontractor must meet ENTELEN Design-Build, LLC construction safety requirements or those of the Owner, whichever is more stringent.
