Description

Renovation of a medical facility in Salt Lake City, Utah. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.

The University of Utah reserves the right to reject any or all submittals or to waive any formality or technicality in any submittal in the interest of the University. The University wishes to procure an A/E for the full design of the Replace Supply Fan & Return Fan with Fan Wall Array and add a steam humidification grid to AH-1. Replace Supply Fan & Return Fan with Fan Wall Array, and update controls to AH-12. The selection shall be under the Value-Based Selection method. The Solicitation for Architects / Engineers document, including the submittal requirements and the selection criteria and schedule, will be available on BidSync.
