Salt Lake County, on behalf of the Arts & Culture("A&C") Division / the Community Services Department, "County" is soliciting proposals from qualified firms ("Proposer/Theater Planner") to provide theater planning and design consulting services for a new multi-use performing arts regional cultural center facility ("Project") including public and back-of-house support spaces per the scope of work and requirements below. The Project's proposed location is located within the Daybreak development in South Jordan, Utah the exact location has yet to be finalized. County intends to hire an Architectural/Engineering Team ("Design Team") to be the Architect of Record under a separate contract.
