The work to be performed shall include, but not be limited to: Landscape Maintenance Services for Median Rehabilitation, in accordance with the attached specifications. Eradicate and remove existing turf within four (4) medians on Culver; one (1) median on University; four (4) medians on Alton; and four (4) medians on Irvine Center Drive (approximately 188,970 square feet/4.34 acres total); modify the irrigation per the following specifications; and provide planting as specified. Refer to Section 1.8 for locations. The work to be performed hereunder is located various locations in the City of Irvine, County of Orange, California. Prime Contractor must possess a valid Class C-27 license.
