Site work, new construction and renovation of a parking garage in Redmond, Washington. Completed plans call for the construction of a parking garage; for the renovation of a parking garage; and for site work for a parking garage.
The Work to be performed shall include: Construction of ten (10) dual port electric vehicle charging stations at the City of Redmond Parking Garage and one (1) dual port electric vehicle charger at the City of Redmond Maintenance Facility improvements, including but not limited to electrical conduit and equipment installation, PSE trenching, excavation and backfilling upon completion of PSE work, roadway repair and all other work necessary to complete the project. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Engineer's Estimate for this work is $260,000 to $318,000. All bid proposals shall be accompanied by a bid deposit in the form of a certified or cashier's check or surety bid bond made payable to the City of Redmond, for a sum not less than five percent (5%) of the total amount of such bid including sales tax, and all listed additives and alternates. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bid or in the bidding process, and make the award as deemed to be in the best interest of the City.
