Demolition and site work for a residential development in Bakersfield, California. Completed plans call for the demolition of a residential development; and for site work for a residential development.
The work to be performed consists, in general, of demolition of improvements at 5585 Standard Street and removal of all structures, foundations, landscaping, trees, wood, fences where designated, debris, large shed, office building, RV trailer, grading site to match existing grade, and applying emergent systematic herbicide. This price does not include any shipping and mailing costs which will be in addition to the above stated cost. The City assumes no responsibility for non-receipt of bids due to any delay, including but not limited to carrier delay. It is the bidders responsibility to meet the project deadlines. Liquidated Damages: $1,500.00 per day for each and every calendar day Type of Award:Lump Sum The Contractor on this project must pay prevailing wages; see bid documents for details.
