Demolition, site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Fairfield, Iowa. Completed plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility; for the construction of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
Close Date & Time 5/18/2023 02:00:00 PM (ET) Provide Spray Polyurethane Insulation (ccSPF) in cavities at existing roof bar joist extensions to seal air penetrations, located on 2nd Floor Level. Note: the existing space is an open ceiling design, so no conflict exist from a ceiling; Work shall be as indicated on drawings. The project period to begin is July 1st, 2023. Anticipated work end date: no later than Aug. 10st, 2023 Anticipated Final Acceptance: no later than Aug. 24th, 2023 Contractors will be required to bring their own equipment needed for the site visit. It is the intent of the Iowa DOT to award the contract to the responsible bidder whose submitted quotation is the most advantageous to the Iowa DOT, cost and other factors considered. Other factors include, but are not limited to: meeting or exceeding mandatory requirements, proposed staffing, and meeting required time schedule. This is a tax exempt project.
