Work includes selective interior demolition and building demolition. Work includes openings, flooring, toilet and bath accessories, rough carpentry, finish carpentry, siding and soffit panels, asphalt roofing, thermal and moisture protection, drywall, painting, gutters and downspouts, ACT patching and repair, and final cleaning. Concrete work, as described in the drawing set on sheet S-001, S-002, S-100, S500, S-501 and specification divisions 01, 02, and 03. Work includes saw cut and removal of existing concrete, excavation of footing and removal of spoils, subgrade preparation and granular fill, foundation insulation, foundations, and exterior paving. Electrical and communication work as described in the drawing set on sheets E01, E02, and E03. Miscellaneous work to support renovation and addition, including new power and data throughout the building. Plumbing work as described in the drawing set on sheet P01.
