Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in East Bethany, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.
Furnish all plant, labor, supplies, materials and equipment incidental to General Construction Contract work required by and in strict accordance with the applicable drawings. entitled "Genesee County - County Park & Forest Interpretive Nature Center Roof and Siding Replacement" all to the satisfaction and approval of the County in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Contract documents, including a $5,000 allowance for the Removal, Disposal and Replacement of Roof Sheathing. Questions from this walkthrough will need to be submitted by the May 30, 2023 deadline and will be answered by addendum, if needed.
