Contractor shall, as an independent contractor and not as an agent of METRA, provide all permits, labor, tools, equipment, insurance, transportation, and facilities, etc. necessary for Construction Services - To Provide ADA State of Good Repair (SOGR) Various improvements and Repairs at 19 Metra Station Locations. Work includes, but not limited to, Demolition, Construction, and or Repair of Sidewalks, Asphalt Parking Lots, Concrete Curbs and Gutters, Brick pavers, Benches, Pedestrian Hand/ Guard-rails, Ramps, and Stairs and other Work as indicated in these specifications and requirements. Metra reserves the right to accept any Bid, or any part thereof, or reject any and all Bids. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid bond of 5% of the total bid price. Question Deadline 06/01/2023 at 4:00 PM CT Questions regarding this IFB shall be submitted via Bonfire
