Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Dayton, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for outdoor lighting for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.
Said bids will be opened as soon thereafter as the opening can begin in the Council Chambers. Said bids shall be on a Unit Price Basis and shall be in writing on the Proposal Forms furnished by the City of Huber Heights. This project includes the widening of Old Troy Pike (SR 202) in the northbound direction from Huber Road to just south of I-70 eastbound ramp and the wideningof Merily Way east of Old Troy Pike. The work includes traffic control, signal upgrade, lighting, storm sewer system, removal ofthe existing median, installation of sidewalk and commercial drives. Pursuant to Section 153.54 et. Seq., of the Ohio Revised Code, the Bidder shall submit a BID GUARANTY in the form of either: ANY INQUIRIES REGARDING THIS BID SHOULD BE DIRECTED TO THE CITY OF HUBER HEIGHTS ENGINEERING DIVISION AT (937) 237- 5811. The City of Huber Heights reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities of bids, should same be to the advantage ofthe City of Huber Heights.
