he RFP is to select a competent, reliable and trustworthy contractor with the skills, knowledge, experience and recommendations needed to provide the removal and replacement of our current inverted roof on the main portion of our building. In addition, the successful contractor will provide 2 options for consideration, option 1: Installed with hot asphalt and asphalt kettles. Option 2: Installed with torch rolled roofing material. The successful contractor will provide a Fire Plan and ensure compliance with the OHSA.
