Remodeling and renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Columbus, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the remodel of a playground / park / athletic field; and for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.

Project Category Code: Buildings Rehabilitation/Renovation, Buildings/Public Description: Scope of the project is interior and exterior, and includes complete gut remodel of two existing toilet rooms with buildng envelope/ insulation upgrades, replacement of the existing front entry door with new door and sidelites, new doors and windows to enclose exsting breezeways with new finishes, new baseboard trim assembly with new electrical outlets at interior of exising assembly space, refurbishment of various existing windows and interior doors, as well as various improvements to existing interior finishes. Included as alternates are provision of design and installation of a new HVAC system (existing building is currently completely unconditioned), and provision of new wood storm windows at existing windows. The existing building is on the State and National Historic Registers. Remodeling and improvements to the existing RestHaven Building, located in Columbus, Wisconsin.
