Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Indianapolis, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
OWNER reserves the right to increase or decrease the Scope of Work by adding and/or deleting resurfacing, curb, sidewalk, ramp removal and replacement, and sewer pipe to this contract outside of the original construction limits, within Center township. Project Range: $225,000 - $280,000 Infrastructure and safety improvements in the public right-of-way to be constructed within a quarter mile of the completed development in SE quad of 16th and Pershing Ave. Will include a new signal at Belmont Ave and White River Parkway intersection with push-button-activated pedestrian crossings and supporting ADA ramps, sidewalk connection to Union at 16th development (aka Annex at 16th) and south to Wendell Phillips School. All Bidders will be subject to the MBE/WBE/VBE/DOBE Business Utilization Plan (Utilization Plan), of the City of Indianapolis. In evaluating a Bidders responsibility, the City will consider the Bidders Affirmative Action plan. Project Location: Indianapolis, Indiana
