Summary of Scope of Work: The intent of this work is for the Contractor to furnish GHA with a "turn key unit" at the completion of the project. Repair/re-install approximately thirty (30) lineal feet of loose soffit at front and rear of unit. Remove existing air conditioner and properly dispose. Furnish and install exterior and interior coverings at A/C wall opening on the left building elevation. Exterior cover is to be framed of T11 or Hardiboard siding painted (GHA will provide the paint). Interior cover is to be of framed plywood, painted (GHA will provide the paint). Remove existing washer box, furnish and install new washer box Remove existing toilet and replace with GHA furnished toilet. Remove existing medicine cabinets at bathroom, replace with Lowes #503906 Furnish and install approximately 130 square feet Certain Teed mold resistant dry wall Lowes #337172 at those area where drywall has been removed, plaster finish to match adjoining surfaces. Furnish and install approximately 20' of 1"x 4" baseboard at hallway and bedroom #2, profile is to match existing adjoining baseboard Remove the following interior doors and framing: Bathroom door Two (2) bedroom doors Furnish and install solid core birch veneer pre-hung doors with clam shell trim and appropriate mill finish hardware at: Bathroom door (32"x 80") Two (2) bedroom doors (32"x 80") Furnish and install cordless mini-blinds at all bathroom and bedroom windows Remove all nails, screws, etc. from wall and ceiling surfaces. Patch/spackle all holes. Paint entire unit with GHA provided paint in accordance with manufactures specifications Note: walls and ceilings are one color, doors/trim will be a different color Furnish and install new stainless-steel switch and receptacle wall plates throughout the entire unit. Remove six (6) existing light fixtures and install GHA furnished light fixtures. Thoroughly clean the entire unit including range and refrigerators to GHA staff standards and acceptance. Apply two coats of non-slip wax to terrazzo floor.
