Description

This is a service / maintenance or supply contract in Gainesville, Florida. Contact the soliciting agency for additional information.

1. All chemicals including delivery to the individual, pre-designated sites. 2. All testing supplies and equipment, and test and disposal procedures. 3. All log sheets, fully functional water chemistry tracking and trending software and associated hardware, and at least (16) hours of in-depth training per fiscal year. 4. All necessary equipment, including full containerization and a bulk chemical delivery and control system. 5. Weekly service for all towers, chill loops, and make-up water, as a minimum 2 days per week. 6. Testing of all treated systems, review of log sheets, inventory review, the inspection of chemical feed equipment, and general equipment inspections. A written report completed during each service call. 7. Inspect each chemical feed station prior to proposing and offer solutions to chemical feed, blowdown, storage, and distribution system deficiencies. 8. Provide Safety Data Sheets and technical guidance with recommended practices for the storage and handling of all chemicals (to be supplied upon award). These files must be kept up to date for the entirety of the contract (both hard and electronic files). 9. Invoicing for chemicals delivered shall be timely and received by UF only if validated by bill of lading. Levelized/lump monthly payments for chemicals and services rendered are not acceptable.
