The state reserves the right to reject any changes suggested to PO or Contact terms and conditions and award to the next most advantageous qualified responsive vendor The Ironton Project consists of safeguarding twenty-seven (27) mine features including two (2) shafts/stopes, one (1) drill hole and twenty (24) adits. The project will occur on land managed by the United States Forest Service (USFS) and privately-owned land in Ouray and San Juan Counties. Mine sites are located south of the town of Ouray. Mines are located in areas owned by private landowners and surrounding public lands.
