Renovation of a mixed-use development in Dodge City, Kansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Construction is expected to start May 20 Construction began May 2024 and was complete July 2024. City School District has partnered with Trane to replace HVAC equipment at City High School and Comanche Middle School. Trane is accepting bids on behalf of the school district. Interested contractors shall contact Trane's representative at the contact information below. City High School has two projects. o Replacing 7 rooftop units (RTUs), the largest RTUs 90-tons, over the summer 2024. o Replacing 185 VAV terminals with hot water heat. The work starting this winter on 2nd shift and finishing up in the summer 2024. Comanche Middle School: o Replacing 8 RTUs with adapter curbs.
