OBJECTIVE The purpose of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is to solicit and select a consultant provide the following services: o The City has been awarded a grant to develop a Comprehensive Safety Action Plan (CSAP) for the Safe Streets for All (SS4A) Program. o The consultant will assist the City in developing a CSAP for the SS4A Program. o The consultant will need to work closely with the City's representative from the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) o The consultant will assist the City in filling out the Grant Agreement and other FHWA forms as required. The Consultant will be working with several Departments of the City to provide these services. It is the City's desire to have the CSAP completed at the end of the second quarter of 2024 (Project Timeline included in Section II). B. Please contact Ray Slattery or Tanner Rutschman at 620-225-8106 with any questions regarding the RFQ. RESPONSES Three copies of the qualifications should be submitted along with a digital copy. The information included should be as concise as possible. Please limit RFQ to six pages (front & back), including cover letter. Pictures or concept pages shall be limited to an additional four pages. To be considered, each firm must submit a response to this RFQ using the format provided in Section III. No other distribution of proposals is to be made by the submitter. An official authorized to bind the submitter to its provisions must sign the proposal in ink. E. SELECTION CRITERIA Responses to this RFQ will be evaluated using the criteria shown below. A selection committee from City Staff will complete the evaluation.
