Renovation of a mixed-use development in Dodge City, Kansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Bidders may schedule an appointment to view the project scope of work prior to bids being submitted by contacting Chris Meyer at 620-338-5195. The Project consists of converting seven [7] existing locker bay locations in four [4] academic wings at the City High School facility into new classrooms. Four [4] of these new classrooms are approximately 650 square-feet and include an accessory closet. A new 150-square-foot office is located adjacent to each of these classrooms and closets. The remaining three [3] class rooms are approximately 1,000 square-feet in size. All classrooms will receive reconfigured HVAC, electrical, data, and fire suppression/alarm systems. Proposals will be solicited for a Base Bid, Single-Prime [All-Trades] Contract that includes Work for all four [4] academic wings and also broken down into four [4] separate Single-Prime [All-Trades] Contracts for Work occurring in each separate academic wing.
