Renovation of an educational facility in Dodge City, Kansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
o Removal of flooring and concrete Wet cutting of floor to reduce the dust o Removal of all dirt and sand o From the building to the Grease trap will need to be hydro Vacuum due to underground utilities in the area approx. 60 feet o Removal of all 4 inch PVC line o Inspection of all lines that feed 4 inch line after removal ( camera inspection) o Removal of contemned dirt at breaks approx. 7 areas o Repack ditch with sand insure there is no soft spots o Replacement of 4 inch line approx. 290 feet tie in all existing lines and clean outs o Install 2 additional 2 way cleanouts (location TBD) o Insure line is at the correct flow line with no low spots o Cover line with sand and pack o Replace the concrete with 4000 psi mix dowel in 4 rebar to edges every 16 inches on each side concrete must be level to existing so flooring can be reinstalled o Replace the concrete top on the grease trap vault o Final clean up removal of all old material and clean area The District reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informalities, irregularities or technical defects in bids, and unless otherwise specified by the District to accept any item or groups of items in the bid, as may be in the best interest of the District.
