Site work for a water / sewer project in Dodge City, Kansas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Pre-bid Meeting: N/A The purpose of the project is to restore capacity and add stabilization improvement to a portion the Arkansas River channel and associated drains. The work to be accomplished by the project is shown in the project plans titled Dodge City Levee Improvements: Avenue “D” Drain Repairs, dated August 14, 2020 All work shall be completed in accordance with these Special Provisions and Special Specifications. Should the bids come in higher than the budgeted amount, the City reserves the right to reject all bids. The project shall be considered tax exempt. The Contractor shall comply with the provisions set forth in Section 107.9.01 of the STANDARD SPECIFICATIONS. Items of work (descriptions) and units shown in the proposal shall govern this project, the items shown on the plan sheets are considered for reference only.
