Site work and paving for a road / highway in Drums, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
BUTLER TOWNSHIP will receive sealed bids for the rental of equipment and labor for double bituminous seal coat of various roads in Butler Township. The contract will be awarded at the Supervisors meeting of June 13, 2023 at 6 PM. A certified or cashier's check, payable to the order of "Butler Township", or a satisfactory Bid Bond in the form provided in the Contract Documents executed by the Bidder and an acceptable corporate surety in an amount equal to 10% of the total Bid shall be submitted with each Bid. Once awarded, the successful bidder will be required to post performance and payment bonds each equal to 100% of the total contract amount. The township reserves the right to reject any or all Bids or to waive any irregularities, omissions or mistakes in the Bidding process. Prevailing wages may apply.
