City of Delta invites bids for the construction of the North Works Yard Phase 2 Renovations, at 8100 Nordel Way, Delta, BC. The work generally consists of renovating three works yard facility maintenance bays into large meeting, break, wellness and kitchen areas. The planned renovations will be adjacent to recently renovated offices in the works yard facility. around a large garage type maintenance facility with grated flooring in some areas. Bidders are encouraged to bring their subcontractors, as a second opportunity to view the site is unlikely to be offered.
