Renovation of an educational facility in Delta, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
1. Delivery and Installation of the Modular Portable Unit will be FOB Delta BC at MTU Maintenance Canada Ltd, located at 4300 80th Street. Delta BC V4K 3N3 2. No electrical work will be required by Supplier as this will be handled by MTU Maintenance Canada, with permitting from the City of Delta to ensure operational success of the unit. MTU Maintenance Canada Inc will deal with all related services and hookup to the structure including electrical work. 3. MTU Maintenance Canada Ltd may provide access to key personnel of the Proponents for site inspection over the course of delivery planning, delivery and installation. 4. Site Permits will be paid by MTU Maintenance Canada and coordinated by them 5. Washroom Facilities are not required in the modular portable structure.
