The intent of this RFQ is to establish Supply Arrangements with Vendor that can meet the specifications, who will be providing the required Hikvision Surveillance Equipment and Licensing, in a timely manner, when and/or if required, on a supply only basis during this RFQ's Contract period. Edmonton Public Schools standardized the use of Hi-Central for the governance of the CCTV systems within the Division. The standardization of Hikvision eliminates compatibility issues when enrolling new sites. The standardization of Hikvision equipment also allows for quick repair times due to consistency of equipment and supporting parts, reducing the downtime of equipment and restoring security to the school site in a timely manner.
