Site work for a water / sewer project in Syracuse, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Question Deadline 05/26/2023 at 5:00 The Project includes the following Work: 1. Removal and replacement in situ of existing gravity sewer in the public right-of- way(ROW). 2. Open-cut construction of 8-inch diameter gravity sewer in the public ROW. 3. Location, inspection, open-cut construction, and reconnection of existing service laterals. 4. Cleaning of sewer pipes, manholes and structures, CCTV inspection, bypass pumping, traffic control, excavation and backfilling, and surface restoration. 5. All other work outlined in the Bidding Documents. 6. Reuse all existing manholes. It is anticipated that work between manholes LA18004 and LA18003 will be performed by others. Others will be adding new manhole as identified by drawings, however, if work is not performed by others then existing pipe shall be replaced insitu between these two manholes without the addition of a new manhole The Project has an expected duration of 120 days. For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informality in a bid, and to make award to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder, as it may best serve the interest of the Owner
