In accordance with MGL c. 30 section 39m, it is the intention of the Town of Franklin to retain the services of a company for the purposes of Elevated Water Tank Mixer Replacement and Sediment Removal at the Franklin Industrial Park (FIP) Tank in the Town of Franklin. Project: The work to be performed will include removing sediment from and installing a replacement active water tank mixing system in the Franklin Industrial Park (FIP) Tank with all appurtenant work and all miscellaneous associated work as indicated on the contract documents. Work under this Contract shall be paid for at the contract unit bid prices, which shall constitute full compensation for all material, labor, equipment, etc., required to satisfactorily complete the work.
