The project consists of extending the Claremont Connector Trail via an 8 wide concrete trail to Gilmore elementary school. A 10 wide pedestrian bridge will cross Cedar Gully. Project Location. The project is located at 3552 W League City Parkway, in League City, Texas. The general location and orientation of the site are provided in Appendix A - Project Location Diagrams. Project Description. The project consists of the following proposed improvements: A pedestrian bridge (approximately 130-feet long and 10-feet wide), Performing slope analysis for the existing drainage ditch slopes near the proposed pedestrian bridge, and A sidewalk. A cashiers check or Certified Check from a Texas Bank, or acceptable Bid Bond from a reliable surety company authorized to do business in Texas, payable to the City of League City, in an amount not less than 5% of the maximum Bid price submitted. The successful Bidder must furnish PERFORMANCE, PAYMENT and MAINTENANCE BONDS on the forms furnished with the PROPOSAL, in the amount of 100% of the total contract price, from a surety company holding a permit from the State of Texas to act as surety.
