Site work and paving for a road / highway in Wimberley, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

Project generally includes: 3,113 square yards of re-working existing base material, and 2,843 square yards of hot-mix asphaltic concrete pavement overlay, with pavement markings Bids must be submitted on City of Wimberley bid forms and must be accompanied by an acceptable bid security in the form of a cashier check or bid bond, payable to the City of Wimberley, Texas, equal to five percent (5%) of the total bid amount. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope plainly marked with the name of the project as shown above, and the name and address of the Bidder. The City reserves the right to reject any and all Bids and any nonconforming Bid and to award the Contract in a period of time not exceeding 60 days from the Bid opening date. Bids shall remain firm for that period. The successful Bidder must furnish a performance bond and payment bond on the forms provided, each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount, from a surety company holding a permit from the State of Texas to act as surety.
