This project involves the modification of the existing hydronic and control systems. The hydronic system changes include the addition of thermoelectric control valves to the perimeter radiators, new hydronic force flow heaters at the building entrances, and replacement of the existing glycol loop circulator pump. The control system additions include the perimeter radiator control valves, additional temperature sensors in indicated spaces, a boiler make up water meter, new control valves, freeze stats and CO2 sensors in the air handling units, and exhaust fan control and monitoring.
