Questions are submitted online Yes A BID BOND in the amount of 5 percent of the BID AMOUNT is required if the project amount is in excess of $50,000.00. PERFORMANCE and PAYMENT BONDS in the amount of 100 percent of the CONTRACT AMOUNT will be required if the project amount is in excess of $50,000.00. The City of Steamboat Springs reserves the right to reject any and all bids and proposals and enter into a contract or issue a purchase order which, in its opinion, best serves the needs of the City of Steamboat Springs and its citizens.
