Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Steamboat Springs, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The City of Steamboat Springs (City) is seeking proposals from qualified firms to removal and replacement of existing concrete pavement, routing and sealing of cracks in concrete pavement and joint sealing of concrete joints. Please review the bid documents for the parking lot location and area. A Bid Bond in the Amount of 5 Percent of the Bid Amount is Required if the Project Amount is in Excess of $50,000.00. Performance and Payment Bonds in the Amount of 100 Percent of the Contract Amount Will Be Required if the Project Amount is in Excess of $50,000.00. The City of Steamboat Springs reserves the right to reject any and all bids and proposals and enter into a contract or issue a purchase order which, in its opinion, best serves the needs of the City of Steamboat Springs and its citizens.
