PROJECT CLASSIFICATION: Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction CONTRACT TIME: 120 Calendar Days LIQUIDATED DAMAGES: $600.00 per Calendar Day A Certified Check or Cashier's Check, payable to the City of Ruston or a satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and an acceptable surety, in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total bid, shall be submitted with each bid. Bidders are advised that both a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond, each in the amount of 100 percent (100%) of the Contract Price, will be required. The City of Ruston reserves the right to reject any or all bid proposals for just cause and reserves the right to waive any and all informalities.
