Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Eugene, Oregon. Design plans call for the construction of a 12,000-square-foot educational facility; four-story above grade, 81-unit multi-residential development; for site work for a educational facility; and multi-residential development.
Design and construction of the Ollie Court Housing Project Homes for Good has been granted the right to develop affordable housing and an Early Learning Center at this site through a competitive Request for Proposal (RFP). The development will consist of two four-story buildings centered around community green space and ample parking for residents. Design-Build Contractors will be design partners in the process of developing performance specifications designed to meet code and Earth Advantage Platinum Certification for Mechanical, Electrical, Electrical Low-Voltage Systems, and Plumbing Engineering. The Fire Sprinkler and Fire Alarm systems designs, along with Mechanical, Electrical, Electrical Low-Voltage Systems, and Plumbing, will be provided as a Design-Build service by the CM/GC.
