Lincoln Parish D Hub Construction Project Classification: Building Construction, Municipal and Public Works Construction, or Landscaping, Grading A Certified Check or Cashiers Check, payable to the Lincoln Parish Police Jury or a satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and an acceptable surety, in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total bid, shall be submitted with each bid. Bidders are advised that both a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond, each in the amount of 100 percent (100%) of the Contract Price, will be required. It shall also be the responsibility of the General Contractor to assure that all subcontractors comply with this law. If required for bidding, Contractors must be licensed in the above proper category of work and must show their license number on the face of the sealed bid envelope. The Lincoln Parish Police Jury Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids for Just Cause.
