Reference Number 0000318638 The Delta County Landfill, also known as the Adobe Buttes Landfill, is requesting proposals for a Construction Quality Assurance (CQA) Inspector for the phase 7 expansion. Bidder should have experience with Construction Quality Assurance relating to landfill expansion and working with the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE). Please see attached documents for scope of work and specific requirements. The winning bidder must work in parallel with the winning bidder of 2023-RFP-16. There is a site visit scheduled for 2023-RFP-16 on May 25, 2023 at 1:00 p.m. at the Adobe Buttes Landfill if any bidders of 2023-RFP-18 would like to attend. Attached for ease of reference are the Cell 7 specifications, drawings, EDOP, and fly-over video of the project.
