The Delta County Engineering Department is soliciting proposals for Engineering Design Services for the South Valley Expansion Landfill. The purpose of this Request for Proposal is to provide information to prospective vendors for the submission of sealed bids to be considered by Delta County for the purchase of Engineering Design Services. Bids must be submitted on County forms with any additional information attached. The County reserves the right to reject any bids, to change, add, or amend the specifications, to waive any informality, and to accept the Proposal that best serves the Countys interest. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
