As of March 09, 2026, this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on March 12, 2026. The project is for the relocation of the 2100 Road Water Main Replacement Project in the Town of Orchard City, Colorado. The work includes replacement of approximately 4,500 feet of water line, installation and replacement of fire hydrants, installation of a pressure reducing valve vault station, and replacement and relocation of water meters. Several public utilities are located along the project route, with some adjacent and others across 2100 Road. Horizontal boring at road crossings is preferred. Bids must be submitted in accordance with the instruction to bidders. Only bids from qualified general contractors with demonstrated experience in similar projects will be accepted. A bid bond of 5% is required and must accompany the bid. Performance and payment bonds will be required upon contract award. Question Deadline 02/11/2026 at 5:00 PM MT
