Complete in place construction of three City bridges over the future State Highway 21 (Powers Boulevard). The work includes: construction of two bridges to carry Flying Horse Club Drive over future Powers Blvd.; construction of a pedestrian bridge to carry the Flying Horse Club pedestrian path across future Powers Blvd.; construction of a bridge to carry Ridgeline Drive over future Powers Blvd.; excavation of the Powers Blvd. corridor at all three bridge locations for bridge construction; construction of a shoo fly detour at Flying Horse Club Drive; construction of soil nail walls to support bridge abutments; coordination with Global Underground regarding relocation of the existing 24 inch waterline at Flying Horse Club Drive and the 12 inch waterline at Ridgeline Drive; coordination with Colorado Springs Utilities (CSU) and private utility providers for relocations including gas, electric, and fiber optic lines.
