Description

Renovation of a military facility in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.

Please see Amendment 3 - Response date is now 8 May 2026. m.gov Description GeneratorThe contractor shall supply and install Edwards EST-4 Fire Alarm Control Panels and all accompanying components as specified. The requirement includes providing 23 EST-4 Fire Alarm Systems along with full installation services to upgrade existing systems to EST-4 standards. Work must ensure proper integration, functionality, and compliance with applicable codes and standards. The contractor shall also provide any necessary labor, tools, and materials to complete the installation and confirm operational readiness of the fire alarm systems. Location: Cheyenne Mountain Space Force Station, Colorado. Any questions regarding this solicitation shall be submitted to the contracting team no later than (NLT) 3:00 P.M. Mountain Time (MT) Monday, 30 March 2026. All questions must be submitted to both the Contract Specialist, Kristina Worthing at kristna.worthing@spaceforce.mil and Contracting Officer, Stephen Carr , at stephen.carr.12@us.af.mil. Questions submitted after this deadline may not be answered.
